We would like to welcome you to our beautiful newly
opened facility in the Texas Hill Country.  We hope that your
time with us will be a pleasant and relaxing one.  We also
hope that you will take the time to enjoy the beauty of the
area.  We have accommodations with all the amenities so
that you can feel like you're at home.  We want to thank you
for coming to visit us and hope that you have pleasant stay.

RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR JOHNSON CREEK
RV RESORT
PAYMENT: Our visitors are required to pay camping fees on arrival.  All
holiday reservations are to be paid in full at time of reservations.

SITES: Please do not change your assigned site without office approval.

SPEED LIMIT: Our speed limit in the park is 5 mph.

CHECK OUT TIME RV sites: 12:00 noon

CANCELLATION POLICY RV sites:  There is a 48hr notice for individual RV
sites.   No refund on holiday reservations.
QUITE TIME: Is 10:00 pm- 8:00 am.  So that you can be considerate of others, we ask that all
music such as radios, stereos and televisions be turned down so as to not disturb your
neighbors.

TRASH:  Please do not leave trash sitting out all night.  Keep your campsite clean at all times.  
Trash must be securely tied in plastic bags and  placed in the dumpster provided.

SWIMMING POOL: The pool is located in back of the Clubhouse.  No lifeguard is provided.  All
individuals wishing to use the pool will be doing so at their own risk.  Children under 18 must
be accompanied by an adult.  The pool hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, during daylight saving time
only.  No glass containers allowed in the pool area.

PETS:   We welcome pets to our facility with the exception of the Pit Bulls, German Shepherd,
Rottweiller and any aggressive dog.  Pets are prohibited from running freely in the park.  You
will need to keep your pet on a leash at all times outside of your RV. Owners are responsible for
cleaning up after pets.

OCCUPIED SITES:  Please be considerate and respect the privacy of your fellow RV'ers by not
crossing into their area.

STORAGE:  No personal items will be allowed to be stored outside.  Keep our site neat and tidy.

TENTS:  Tents will not be permitted.

FISHING:  Our creek is stocked and available for catch and release fishing only.

FIREARMS:  No loaded firearms of any kind (including BB, pellet and paint ball guns) or
fireworks allowed in the park at any time.

FIRES:  There will be no open ground fires in the park.  The only exception is by the creek only.

SAFETY:  Parents are in charge and responsible for their children at all times.  Children are not
allowed to play around the creek front without adult supervision.

LAUNDRY:  Laundry room will be open 24 hours.  No clothes lines will be permitted.

GRAY WATER:  Gray water must be contained at all times.  

DAMAGE:  Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property
caused by theft, fire, accident or act of nature.  However, any damage or destruction to any
property will be paid for by responsible party.

TREES:  There will be no cutting, climbing or driving objects of any type into trees or bushes.

MOTORCYCLES/SCOOTERS:  Only for transportation in and out of the Resort.

MESSAGES:   All messages will be placed in the office on the message board.  They will be
delivered to your site only in the case of emergency.

CANCELLATION POLICY RV sites:  There is a 7 day cancellation notice.
